Return/Change of Mind:
Luxe Fashion Avenue will be accepting returns within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:
- Customer must provide online Tax invoice. An order confirmation will not be accepted.
- Items must be in their Original Condition – ie Not Used and WORN
- Items must be in the Original packing they were sent despatched by Luxe Fashion Avenue
- The customer is responsible for all associated costs to return items to us (unless faulty).
- Refunds will automatically be processed back, ONLY onto the credit card/bank /account used to make the original purchase.
- Please allow 14 business days for exchanges or refunds to be processed.
- Luxe Fashion Avenue will not take responsibility for returned items lost or missing during the return. Advisable to return items by registered post
- Custom made monogrammed, personalized, and altered products.
- Due to nature of goods ,refund will not be processed unless notified and received confirmation from customers service in advance on firstname.lastname@example.org (before despatching item back).
- Luxe Fashion Avenue is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt or tax invoice to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim
You can try item to check sizing and fitness, but please do so on soft and non-scratch floor surface
Luxe Fashion Avenue happy to accept exchange requests within 30 days of original purchase date subject to the clauses mentioned in Return/Change of Mind. The customer is responsible for all associated costs for the exchange of items (to and from).
In case you believe item received is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. For any product warranty customer must provide online Tax invoice. An order confirmation will not be accepted. For any faulty products will be sending back to the manufacturer and expect them to access the product in a reasonable time frame (2-3 weeks’ time). If any major failure is assessed with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. But in the case of minor failure, we may repair or replace (at manufacturer discretion) the item. Any damaged to the product by misuse or abnormal use, Luxe Fashion Avenue will not be able to entertain any refund/return/repair or exchange request.
